The Saipan Tribune announces the re-opening of the Marpi Grotto, voted the send best cave diving spot in the world, by last years Travel and Dive awards. This is good news for those scuba divers who travel to Micronesia and want to go and do some cave diving. Formally opened on Friday morning, the improvements, done by RNV Construction, included the construction of a pavilion, walkways, restrooms, picnic tables and barbecue pits. It also includes a paved parking lot, an improved drainage system, and a lookout ramp for tourists.
