
An underwater GPS is simply a regular GPS in an underwater housing with a remote antenna on the surface, which is connected with a wire.
I've thought this would be cool for those who do underwater survey work or those who just have know where they are going while underwater, especially in poor visibility. If you fit in these categories, then an underwater GPS is what you need and Long Beach Dive has the products for you. Kinda cool and they are between $400 and $2000 dollars.
