Olympus’s MJU 500 with a PT026 housing (aka, the

Sony’s Cybershot DSC-W7 with an MPK WA housing. If you’re looking for a good, inexpensive camera for a gift, one of these may make the cut. (But don’t forget
SeaLife’s DC500, which I, myself, almost snagged at the Florida Dive Show a few weeks ago…)
