Just finished watching the movie “The Cave”. It is about underwater cave adventurers in a sci fi thriller. It’s ok of a movie just for the scuba diving basis (rebreathers).
Noticed the ditch and don move the guy does at the beginning to get into a submerged cave in the Yucatan. Don’t think you will be seeing me ditching my gear to free dive into a tight hole in a cave any time.
Another interesting thing they said on the movie is that 1 in 14 cave divers die each year. I find that hard to believe…anyone have the true figures?
