Japan's whaling fleet sets sail

This type of hunting was very different than the modern fleets that change the balance of power to be decidedly anti-whale.

The international community needs to put pressure on Japan (and Norway and all other countries) to limit scientific whaling to a set and small limit, and only where specific programs can be justified. 5-10 of these animals, per country per year, is more than enough.
